We offer a recycling service on selected products from £9.99* per appliance.

We can only collect "like for like" appliances for recycling i.e. if you have ordered a fridge from us, we can collect your old fridge for recycling, but not your washing machine.

This service must be requested at the point of order.

The delivery team will only be able to collect your old appliance(s) if:

• All goods that you ask us to collect for recycling must be fully disconnected from all water, electrical and gas supplies in advance of the collection date
• All appliances should be emptied and, in the case of refrigeration units, defrosted

Where you have requested us to provide a collection service which we are unable to fulfil for any of the reasons mentioned above, we reserve the right to retain the applicable collection charge.

Goods that we collect for recycling are deemed to have zero monetary value.

* Please note this charge is for the transportation and collection of your old appliances, we do not charge for recycling.

All gas disconnections must be performed by a Safe approved engineer. All mains wired electric cookers should only be disconnected by a qualified electrician. We do not currently offer any disconnection service on gas or mains wired electrical products.
