- Price - Includes UK standard delivery 7 days a week - between 7am and 7pm. There is a small additional charge of £9.99 for Saturday and Sunday delivery, £14.99 for Next Day Delivery and £6.99 for our Rapid Delivery service.
- Multiple deliveries - If you order your appliances together we will deliver them together, regardless of how many different products or brands that you order! Should one of those products be out of stock, we will deliver them to you seperatly at no extra charge.
- Quick and efficient service - All our appliances come from our central warehouse and are normally available for UK delivery within 3-7 days (this is slightly longer for Northern Ireland, typically within 14 days)*. We even offer rapid delivery, available for selected post codes on selected appliances, which means we can get them to you in as little as two days.
- Convenient dates – Delivery to selected UK postcodes, 7 days a week, this excludes Northern Ireland.
- 4 hour delivery slots - We will call you the evening before your delivery between 7:30 and 10:00 to confirm your 4 hour delivery slot.
- Delivery day communication - Your driver will call you the morning of delivery, between 7am – 10am to reconfirm your 4 hour delivery slot.
- Professional 2 man delivery teams - All our deliveries are carried out by our fully trained, professional two man teams to ensure that your appliances are carried safely into a room of your choice.
- Taking Care - We take great care when delivering to always respect your property. We do ask that you remove any obstacles and clear the route to where the appliance will be placed to make it as easy as possible for the delivery crew.
- Recycling - At the point of order you can request for us to take away and recycle your unwanted appliances from just £9.99, available for selected postcodes.
- Connection - We can connect your new appliances for a small additional charge from £14.68, this service is available on free standing washing machines, washer dryers and dishwashers. to save you the hassle of having to book your own fitter.
